Ophélie Barassin (COO, Paris)


Ophélie holds a Business degree from Rouen Business School with a specialization in Finance, Control & Management, and speaks French, English and Spanish.


Ophélie Barassin joined Sterling in Paris in 2002 as a Researcher, starting a career that led her to become Operations Manager in 2005 and Chief Operating Officer for the Group in 2011.

This position encompasses the Sterling Group’s Finance & Administration, Human Resources, Legal and MIS. Her previous experiences include a tenure at Cartier Joaillerie Internationale and at Emanuel Ungaro, as Financial Controller in both companies.

Pierre Collinet (Director of Research & Studies, Brussels)


Pierre holds a degree in Information Sciences from the Institut d'Enseignement Supérieur en Sciences de l’Information et de la Documentation in Brussels and speaks French, English, Italian and Dutch.


Pierre Collinet joined Sterling in Brussels in 2001 as Director of Research & Studies. He started his career as a Corporate Documentalist at Minière en UmiCore (fka Union Minière)

before moving into executive search at Spencer Stuart as Research Assistant, and then at Russell Reynolds as Research Associate.
